Vintage Mid Century Yacht Quarterboard, circa 1950, a hand carved and hand painted yacht name-board in weathered but very strong and stable painted surface. Great name and attractive appearance, in a perfect size.
Actual quarterboards, used are sea rather than just made for tourists and home decorators, are rather scarce and always a prize to find. And a cool name is so much more interesting than the standard “Emma II” or some such.
