An item can be returned to us if within ten days of the date purchased (or within ten days of date received for internet or phone sales). Of course the item must still be in the same condition as when purchased. Returned items will receive a full refund or a store credit, at your preference.
After ten days, and up to one year, we will be happy to discuss taking your item back on consignment for re-sale. Beyond one year we will need to discuss current market conditions with you.
